EDIT is recruiting a coordinator for the efforts of ECBOL. The primary aim is to integrate and promote research programmes in various European institutes active in DNA-Barcoding. An important tool to achieve this is to maintain a website for the European Consortium for the Barcode of Life (www.ECBOL.org), to link laboratories with similar activities on a national and international level, and to ensure that duplication is reduced to a minimum. Other than website updates and improvement, the candidate will also be involved in the organisation of scientific meetings in Europe and elsewhere.
