NEWS - EDIT Expert in Training programme
EDIT provides a limited number of short-term traineeships for graduate students and early career researchers working in the field of taxonomy and affiliated to an EDIT institution.
The main objectives of the programme are:
- To provide trainees with a firsthand experience of working in an EDIT institution;
- To provide the opportunity to put into practice knowledge acquired during their studies, and in particular in the field of taxonomy;
- To enable such trainees to develop and to strengthen their taxonomic research skills.
For the 2008-2009 scheme, the deadline for applications is the 15 August 2008.
